About this tool
Whether you’re stitching together a few clips or layering background music under a voice recording, MediaMint’s Audio Editor handles trimming, volume, and combining multiple tracks — right in your browser.
Questions about the Audio Editor
What’s the difference between Join and Mix?+
Join plays your tracks one after another, in the order listed — good for combining clips into one file. Mix overlays them so they play at the same time, at whatever volume you set each one to — good for adding background music under a voice track.
Can I trim each track before joining or mixing?+
Yes — set a start and end point per track using the number inputs; only that range of each track is used.
Does the fade apply per track or to the whole result?+
To the whole combined result — a fade-in at the very start and a fade-out at the very end, not per individual track.
