Why doesn’t my AVI file show a thumbnail in the list?+
No browser has ever supported previewing AVI files directly — that’s a browser limitation, not a MediaMint one. Conversion still works normally; you just see the file extension instead of a picture.
Why is this slower than a normal video converter?+
It’s doing the same work a desktop app would, but inside your browser instead of on dedicated hardware — that trade-off is what keeps your video from ever being uploaded anywhere.
Is there a file size limit?+
No hard limit, but browsers cap how much memory a single tab can use for this kind of work. Files over a few hundred MB, or very long clips, may be slow or fail depending on your device — shorter clips convert reliably.
